This was the second time that we have stayed at this hotel.The first time I was impressed but the second time I found that the service I received and the price paid it was very poor.You should not have to go asking for items to be replenished in the room in a luxury hotel.No shower gel for two days The hotel now seems to pay more attention to the fine dining side of the hotel.I will be looking to stay somewhere else the next time I visit the area. Please be aware there seems to be a constant problem with flies in the lounge

The hotel suite was excellent with a sauna in the room. The restuarant was also excellent the food was the best I have eaten with excellent service. We stayed for 6 nights, the staff were very friendly and attentive and it was value for the money.

The room was luxurious and even included a sauna in the bathroom! The food was gourmet and the service was impeccable.
We loved everything so much that we booked a second night while we were there!

The hotel was recently renovated so all furniture and fittings were new. The location was lovely and the pool was a welcome bonus.
There is no internet anywhere other than the lobby area; hotel staff are difficult to find at times and thus service is erratic. There are no English speaking channels on the television. The restaurant food was reasonable but the fixed menu had no choice and on our second evening was very disappointing. The service in the restaurant was unbelievably slow!
